Biography

Born on 10 May 1956 in Vesenići, Tutin. He graduated from the Military Academy of Armored-Mechanized Units in Banja Luka in 1980. He left the JNA in September 1991 with the rank of Captain First Class. In early 1992 he commanded the Municipal Staff of TO Bihać, and later the Una-Sana Operational Group. With the formation of the 5th Corps on 21 October 1992, he was appointed commander. He remained in this position until 1 November 1993 when he transferred to the position of commander of the 4th Corps of the ARBiH.
